BOOTCAMP
60 min class.

Join Bootcamp for our daily WOD's involving olympic lifts, strength training, cardio and body weight exercises. This class is for all levels! We provide modifications for every exercise and ensure our clients are having a safe and effective workout!

YOGA
45-60 min class.

Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. PIYO LIVE
Not into slow Yoga? Perfect! Piyo is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Cardio all in one! This 60 min workout is meant to burn, sculpt and tone with just your body weight! Known as our "Strength and Stretch" - the hottest yoga workout you've ever done!

ZUMBA
Dance the calories away with our Zumba Instructor, Miss Michelle! Zumba involves basic salsa movements, easy-to-learn dance combinations and has the best Latin music to keep your body moving! No dance experienced needed. Burn up to 500+ calories in just 1 hour.

MMA/KICKBOXING
This class specifically focuses on technique, form and conditioning from Mixed Martial Arts with our MMA Coach, Janice! With over 8 years of experience - you will learn how to train like a fighter! Self Defence/Muay Thai/Submission Grappling/Kickboxing/Wrestling.

TURBOKICK LIVE
Join us for a choreographed kickboxing class that involves High Intensity Interval Training and easy to learn combinations! Bump up your heart rate and jam out to the latest tunes! You don't wanna miss this! In 60 minutes, you can burn more than 500+ calories!
